PHYSICALS
BLÜM IV Therapy & Aesthetics has licensed providers that are able to perform both sports physicals and annual checkups. Physical exams are done in person at our BLÜM office and can be scheduled or call for walk-in availability during business hours.
Health Physical — $50
Basic annual physical exam checking overall health.
Athletes that need a sports physical can get a clearance by one of our healthcare providers.
